ART EXHIBITION: JENNIE BARNARD

PURE’s friend and fine artist, JENNIE BARNARD, has graced our walls with a beautiful selection of her artwork. All pieces are for sale. If you would like to check out Jennie’s art, come over to PURE during normal business hours, or visit www.jenniebarnard.net for more of her work.

We are now looking to start regularly hosting wall space for artists to display their work for free. We will accept any medium from photography to painting, drawing, or sculpture that can be securely anchored to a wall. The idea is to provide for one artist per month, local or traveling, an opportunity to hang their selections of personal artwork publicly, for exhibit or sale.

We will also extend complementary use of the location for a gallery opening event for one night during the time your work is up. The artist is responsible for any promotion, food, drinks, decoration, etc. expenses, but the space will be yours to use for a night. Dates and times will be open to discussion, of course.

    BRIAN will NOT be at the shop for piercing from WEDNESDAY 6/25 through JULY 7. Instead, he’ll be taking some much needed time off with friends in Canada. If you’d like to schedule an appointment for work after the 7th, send an email to purebodyarts@gmail.com.

  • PURE on XM Radio ---

    Woke up early and headed uptown to do a strike branding on the Ron and Fez show, XM radio station 202. There are a few pictures HERE. Not sure when the video or actual show will re-air.

  • Heading to Dallas!!! ---

    Brian will be in Dallas, TX from Wednesday, June 11 through Monday, June 16.
    If you would like work from him after he gets back make your appointments quickly, because he’s heading to Toronto, ON from June 25th through July 7th.
